A program of Elizabethan lute songs and solos, mingled with love poetry from the 16th to the 21st centuries. Love hasn’t changed much through the centuries, and we explore its rhymes and rhythms with humor, passion, and sensitivity. Music by Dowland and Campion; poetry by Shakespeare, Neruda, Yeats, Lee, and more.
