Colin St. Martin received his First Prize (Bachelor of Music) from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Brussels, Belgium, under the tutelage of  Barthold Kuijken and continued his studies at the Early Music Institute at Indiana University where he received a Master of Music with Performer’s Certificate. He performs with a variety of ensembles such as Opera Lafayette, the Washington Bach Consort, Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra, Smithsonian Chamber Players, New York Collegium, and Arcanum. Mr. St. Martin performs often at early music festivals and has numerous recordings to his credit. Currently he teaches early flute at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore, Maryland, and at the Timber Flute Festival in Elkins, West Virginia.
